Unfortunate Incident~
Hi its SEN!
Something really unfortunate happened last Friday. My dog, who has been staying at my aunt's house since the 20th December, has been hit by a car. I learnt about the news when i went shopping with my mother at Vivo City when my mother received a call form my aunt saying that the poor dog, Li-En, has been hit by car.
I was shocked learning about this incident and started to feel sorrowful. I thought that that was quite tragic, but my mother told me that Li-En had herself to blame because she bolted out of the house. What was most infuriating, was that the driver that hit the dog, zoomed off without stopping by. I know that it was not his fault but he really should not have just left like that.
Thereafter, we went to visit Li-En at the Pet Hospital near Steven's Road.
She looked very pitiful and had a scar etched on her nose and around her body. My heart sank. She was trembling non-stop. My brother, Wen, was always on a close relationship with Li-En before we dropped her off at my aunt's house. When my brother gestured for her to come over, she was hostile and approached my aunt first. We were like complete strangers. She was on a drip(tubing) connected to her paw. The docter said that she could be discharged in two days. We were elated.
However, she will stay at my aunt's place for another week, then Li-En will return to my place. I look forward to her as she has such a jovial character.
